Basic Exchange/Refund Policy

  • Belleza Obsession has 4 slightly different Refund & Exchange Policies:
  • Retail Items:These have a full 14-day Exchange/Refund guarantee if you receive the wrong item or if the product is defective. Please see below for details of this policy:
    • For no additional cost to you, we will replace the item if it is defective or if the item you receive is not the item you ordered.
    • If you would like a full refund for items that are defective or not the item you ordered, you will need to return the item to us. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund to you.  
  • Personalized/Customized T-Shirts: These have a full 14-day refund guarantee if item is defective. We will replace it at no cost to you. You CANNOT return these T-Shirts unless they are defective. For our policy on Exchanges due to ‘size’, please see the special section for T-Shirts below.
  • Free Promotional Items: Due to the nature of these free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You pay for shipping, but that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually shipping the item. 
  • Item Not Received: If your item is not received within the specified shipping time frame for your order, you may request that we send you a replacement of the same item, or request a full refund to be issued. All refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving your request, assuming it is valid and falls within our refund guidelines.
  • We will only issue refunds or exchange your item in the following situations (please read through completely for details):
    • The item is defective.
    • You did not receive the item verified on your purchase order summary.
    • For no additional cost to you, we will replace the item if it is defective or if the item you receive is not the item you ordered.
    • If you would like a full refund for items that are defective or not the item you ordered, you will need to return the item to us. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund to you.  
  • For all applicable returns, please send an email to Contact@BellezaObsession.comand put “RETURN” or “REFUND” in the subject line.


How do I exchange a Personalized/Customized T-Shirt for a different size?

  • If your Personalized/Customized T-Shirt does not fit and you need to exchange for a different size, please follow these instructions.
    • First, make sure that you have not worn or washed your item (besides trying on).
    • Send us an email at Contact@BellezaObsession.comwith all details below.
    • Please be sure to put “EXCHANGES – SIZE” in the subject line of your email.
    • Make sure to include details on the correct size needed sent back.  
  • You have 14 days to exchange your T-Shirt.

Please Note: Customer pays return shipping on exchanges for T-Shirts. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like. If you have a question about returning your item, or would like information on where to return your purchased item, please send us an email at Contact@BellezaObsession.com

We will respond within 48 hours to let you know where to send your unworn and unwashed items.


What do I do if I received the wrong product, or if the item is defective?

  • If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at Contact@BellezaObsession.comalong with your order number and order issue. We will respond to you within 48 hours on what steps you will need to take, if any at that point.
  • We put our customers satisfaction first and will do all we can to remedy the issue.
  • For any satisfaction issues relating to wrong product or defects, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.




How much is shipping?

  • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.  Our Standard Shipping rate starts at $1.95, and goes up in increments for your entire order.  Please allow 2-3 Weeks for delivery when choosing Standard Delivery shipping method.
  • On select eligible products, we also offer Economy Shipping, which is FREE for shipping weight up to 5 lbs total. Please allow 3-6 Weeks days for delivery when choosing this shipping method.
  • We may have Express Delivery options available for you. If you would like to receive an express shipping quote, please reach out to us via email atContact@BellezaObsession.com. As some of our products are shipped from countries worldwide, the express shipping costs may be higher than usual, which is why it is not offered as one of our general shipping options.
  • For our FREE promotional items, shipping starts at $8.95 as we are shipping from our different warehouses overseas.


Do you ship internationally?

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.  This is something that will be available in the near future. 


How do I track my package?


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • This depends on the product ordered. Most of our ‘personalized’ and ‘customized to order’ products will arrive in 7–10 days as they must be separately customized, printed, shipped, and then delivered. Most of these items will ship from one of our US shipping facilities and will be delivered via UPS or other standard shipping method within the US. In these cases, tracking numbers will be available.
  • For all other items, delivery can vary anywhere from 1-6 Weeks, depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the United States. Please see our SHIPPING section, above. All items that ship via USPS will have tracking numbers.

I ordered more than 2 or more items, but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

  • Since we offer many different types of products, shipping methods, and store our products in various facilities from the US and other countries from around the world, some of your items will need to be shipped separately.
  • Please do not panic if you don't receive all items in the same shipment. We want you to feel assured that the rest of your order will arrive soon after.
  • If the maximum shipping time has passed, please reach out to us and we will be sure to research what the potential issue may be and get it resolved for you ASAP.


Where do your other items come from?

  • Belleza Obsession is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that may be hard to find locally. We are able to do this by contracting with various suppliers and vendors from all over the world.
  • While some of our products may be available in the US, some are not and some may be much higher in price if purchased in the US for you as a customer.
  • We want to provide a unique shopping experience and offer you a wide variety of products to shop. So we can fulfill this experience for you, we welcome business from all over the world when considering which products to provide to our customers.
  • We are constantly looking for ways to keep our inventory diverse, trendy, and cool so our customers always have a satisfying and exhilarating experience with our products!
